hi guys I followed the instuructions for settings APN, the phone showed "unable to check for update", not working.

never mind, after all these days technical trouble in Longueuil, I've quit FIZZ internet, plz just stop saying 'reboot your modem' or 'tighten screw' or 'reset factory', we user can do nothing with cable connections if its not stable then its totally technical issue
