Mathieu, after 1.5 hours the issue has been fixed but as I could understand it could happen again without giving me a heads up!

MichelP as I mentioned in my question, I did it but they told me they are not able to do anything except waiting because a team is working on the network.

Good day, It's not a reliable service. My home internet service is down again now. It happens without any notice. They told me Videotron does it without any notice. And they don't have any estimation time for when it will be up again. I changed my service to fizz to have a reliable service but I think it was wrong.
