@Fizzy, when I have internet issue, there is not internet connection at all. After reboot the modem, the internet is coming. it has nothing with the WiFi. My computer access router with cable not WIFI.

1. WIFI is good(my router) 2. after rebooting the modem, internet is working 3. This happens about one month.
