It took you 2 hours to even acknowledge the network problem to start with! This is unacceptable. I should have stayed with my previous provider. Now, I'll have to crawl back on my hands and knees and beg for my old plan back.

No service for me either. They denied anything wrong with their service on another thread and haven't even updated their network status yet. It's laughable.

It was shaky since yesterday and gotten worse as time goes by this morning. No data this morning, and now on emergency calls only. Tried restarting phone and on/off airplane mode. Terrible service and network so far. Regretting the switch to Fizz. Not worth the headache for a 5$ per month savings.
