Quick updates, I contacted support and as I don't have a coax cable in my place, they will have to charge me to have someone come over for the installation. Unfortunately, I won't move over, my main motive was to save in the long term. Thanks for the replies though.

Hi, I chose the 400Mbps, I was not planning to get my own router though as it would be an another expense. With another provider since 3 years I've used their modem/router.

Thanks for the reply guys, I've heard the service goes down sometimes, has it ever happened? Surprisingly with Virgin, I never had an issue.
