Mine just stopped also. Did layer 1 tshoot but the modem still couldn't receive any public IP. Probably a Wan/ISP issue...

A tech (videotron I think) came a few months ago and found a defective wire outside and fixed it. It got stable for a few months till recently when the disconnections became more and more frequently. How can I contact your support? Thank you,
