now I will be paying for a month of service we will not be using, wasted an entire day on hold with 0 support or solution

SO this makes no sense. If we need to do something .5 days before and if we are stuck 12 hours trying to resolve issues it is not customer support. I understand that I was told something it does not make it right or make it that this is a solution based enterprise that thinks about supporting.

@mike I love your idea but behind my modem for the original password it says: Password: (your Wi-Fi password) that is all folks and that password does not work

Thank you for all your suggestions. I can't use the browser when It comes to download it says I am in the wrong country. As for the Open a web browser on any device and navigate to: 192.168.0.1 Connect using the following information: Username: cusadmin Password: xxxxxxxx I do get to that page and it does not let me log in…
