Mike, I tried resseting but it doesnt do anything. I still have the same wifi network name and atill cant do anything.

The service is NOT back in Montreal. As this is totally unnaceptable, I invite all users who experienced a SEVERE constraint from today’s over 12 hours interrupted service to change provider tomorrow. I know I’ll do that.

Almost 12 hours without a network, that is definitely not a good service you’re offering. I understand that you’re new and that some problems can occure and that’s fine but 12 hours and no details at all. Not impressed.
