Nothing to do, what Mike said will apply automatically, just wait and see! :)

Unfortunately we community users cannot assist with this question. If you reach out to the customer service team following Mike's instructions you should get an answer pretty quickly. Good luck!

Most devices come unlock nowadays therefore any new device you buy should come unlocked. Basically anywhere that sells phone will sell you an unlocked one. You will love Fizz!

Hi Varuna, I have had issues with that in the past. It was because my billing address wasnt exactly listed as it was with my bank (ex: St vs Street or Rue...). I recommend you check your billing address on your credit card and enter it exactly as shown. Hopefully this helps! If not you can always contact the Fizz customer…

All plans are unlimited but for the cost you are charged it's already super cheap! You wont find that amount of data for such a low price!
-
Doesn't hurt to restart your phone! Maybe double check that your SIM card is still in place and functional. If that doesn't work you can try to contact Fizz customer service directly for further troubleshooting. Good luck
-
Hi Martin, if it is broken I don't think the community can help you. I recommend that you contact Fizz directly either via Facebook Messenger or using the green pop up chat bubble during business hours. Good luck :)

Mike's answer is accurate. Data rolls over for up to 90 days.

Hi Stephane, what is unlocked normally is not the SIM card but the phone. Make sure your daughter's phone is unlocked for any provider and then get yourself a Fizz SIM card to use it with Fizz. Good luck!

If you create a second account, you can use your referral discount to save on both of them :)
-
The prices are already very cheap when you look at what you get. I don't think they need bundle discounts to attract customers at this point :)
-
The system is very picky for the billing address, make sure you write it exactly as shown on your credit card statement

I have this very awesome thing that plugs in your electrical outlets and then ethernet in the Fizz modem. Works quite nicely; it's the set up I use for my work from home and im on skype calls and conference calls all day, no issues!
-
Nobody on this forum can help you, unfortunately, you have to contact the customer service. Good luck with your delivery!
-
Yes, you can. As it was said before, you can pay for your outgoing texts only; incoming ones are always free.
-
If that is what you agreed upon, you should. Hopefully everything turns out fine! If not don't hesitate to reach out to the Fizz customer service team using the chat bubble on this site during their business hours or via Facebook Messenger.

Sarah, if you could share the outcome that would be great! Thanks in advance.

Fizzy got it right.

So very generous of you! Thanks for being an awesome member of the community

if it's a call made to a business, most of them record all of their calls for quality purposes. You can try to escalate the matter with them and see if you can get a copy or at least listen to the call with them. good luck
-
Should be able to get assistance from the customer service. Otherwise, a reset of the modem may fix your issue. Good luck!
-
Too bad for them! Been with Fizz for almost 8 months and only have good things to say !
-
Hopefully your issue gets resolved promptly after you reach someone in customer service. You can close the conversation by selecting the best answer. Good luck!
-
You always have the possibility to upgrade your plan but I would recommend that you make sure to do a cost to benefit analysis first.

Feel free to share the solution here so this can help future users who have the same question. Thanks!
