I dont see any green bubble and the chat with an agent option doesn't do anything like it's disabled so my only option was messenger. @"elena code xzi4t" and yes I've tried adding +1 which doesn't do anything since all I keep getting is "your plan doesn't allow us to connect this call". in the past it worked fine while I was in Canada so I'm not sure if the issue is on my end or something. New cycle just started.
