After waiting for an hour with chat (!!!), they admitted that there is maintenance in parts of MTL and lines are down. As usual, totally clueless about when they will be back up.   • Yes it has been for me too. Chat option disappeared, they don't respond on Facebook as usual. Working from home is a huge risk with Fizz. Looking at other options where you can get someone on phone (even chat) when they are down!!!
