Yeah, the contact options don't work for me, that's why I posted here. The bubble chat does not work, and I refuse to use Facebook. That leaves Twitter. But then again, there is no link to the Twitter account (or Facebook account) to message. So I tweeted my problem to @realDonaldTrump! I'm still waiting for an answer :(
