  • The Ethernet cable doesn’t seem to work properly (unless I’m not proceeding correctly?). The modem has been plugged in for hours already and the bottommost with the two arrows is still orange. Where can I chat with Fizz? I’m on mobile right now and can’t seem to find the live chat service.
