I'm now really fed up and decided to switch to another provider (found one with corporate pricing which match the price offered by Fizz but 10000000x more reliable). This along with 2FA issues and BMO app not working on Fizz network is too much, especially given it's now many months they had the chance to fix...

I had the same problem with the BMO app on Fizz network with a iPhone X. When I get into wifi, it works fine but not on LTE/3G. Along with the current outage and 2FA issues, I'm starting to question if it is better to move to another carrier.

I can see the pricing when I create the plan but that's not the question. I need to know if it is possible to charge the wallet and use it when my son need to call ? And how much it cost by minute ? This is what I need to check before commiting to a plan.

Moi non plus, quand je clique sur Utilisation, ca ne répond pas après 10 minutes.

Pour celui qui demande de rapprocher de la tour cellulaire pour avoir plus de chance d'avoir LTE, ca ne fonctionne pas car je me suis même allé juste au pied de la tour cellulaire pis ca me donne un full 5 barres mais seulement 3G. C'est sûrement autre chose dans la configuration du réseau LTE qui bogue.
