• No, I only see the 2 phones that I have, the new phone is not listed. It's as if Fizz never got the order.

• I have done that, the only orders that I have with Fizz are my 2 SIM cards and nothing else. I don't have anything in my Spam I have fizz and paybright as a trusted sender.
