The support system is an absolute joke. I've tried clicking on the chat now bubble, it just disappears. I've mssaged on Facebook just to be responded to with a generic message by a chatbot.

I spent close to half an hour talking to the live support and it didn't get anywhere. I'm still unable to activate and apparently, I need to escalate to the "technical support".
