I have the same problem right now. My ticket has been up for two days without an answer and my internet is now suspended. I will soon run out of mobile data.

Merci pour la réponse rapide! Je cherchais justement le lien pour parler directement au support. Pour vous éclairer, mon paiement a été refusé une fois sur un mode de paiement qui fonctionne normalement pour mon forfait téléphone et c'est en réessayant le paiement que la situation est survenue.
