Same thing. Started around 6pm.Laval area. On Fizz. Not Fizz EXT as someone suggested. Regardless incoming/outgoing.

Choosing Fizz EXT manually instead of automatically worked for me. It scanned for 5 minutes probably, but worked. Customer service non-existent however. Managed to chat, they said a ticket is issued and i should receive a confirmation in my email. 3 days gone still no email.
