  • Is your phone unlocked? If not, you may need to speak to your former provider and they should be able to help you unlock your phone. If it is locked, you will not be able to use a Fizz sim card.

  • If you're struggling to reach a human, you can message them through Facebook Messenger. It's not instantaneous, but you should get a response in a day. I had the same problem as you and this is how I resolved it. Now my phone is working great with no problems. You're on the right path
