Chat with Fizz support, it's the easiest way. Just login to your account, you'll see the green bubble icon. Click it.

Can you to be more specified you want community profile, or fizz.ca online account profile?

Rental. Support is online only. Basically support is not very useful.

Login to fizz.ca, and go to "profile" and fill the complaint form. Ask for refund with screenshots to prove what you did.

If you phone works and hotspot doesn't work. Plug sim in other phone and try. If it works, it's not fizz problem. If still doesn't work, contact fizz support.

Works great. Just buy the travel add on in USA. IT will roam on AT&T or T-mobile. There is one trick though: Some times you need turn on airplane modem and turn off immediately , if you find data doesn't work. It will manually force Fizz to find new signal this way.

Wire is not connected. Need find cable connection problem. A onsite visit is needed.

You may need turn on/off airplane mode if you are in rural Ottawa . Otherwise it has 5 bar signal but no mobile data.
