  • I've contacted Fizz and they don't even seem to know Ottawa geography. The input does not allow using Ottawa as my address and they claim that I do not live in Ottawa. I've sent a response but this is a bug in their system.

  • I have the same issue. Fizz support replied and said my address isn't Ottawa. I think there is an error in determining if the address is Ottawa or not. The coverage tool shows my address is in the subscription area but going through creating a plan returns an error that it's not available in my area. I've tried in Chrome…
