I have an android, I can't find the manage plans, advance parameters, resend network parameters. What menu is all of this under settings?

Thanks for all the replies, I really appreciate it! So this morning I am able to make and receive voice calls, data is working, send text works. I put my FIDO sim back in and looks like everything is still working with FIDO including data. Does this mean the port was not successful? Should I put the fizz sim card back in?
