I'm in Mexico, so much for the 30 day notice. Tried to add funds to my wallet immediately upon receipt of the email to get me through the month and Fizz won't allow me to add more. I guess the solution is to purchase a Telcel sim card. Frustrating

We've received the same message on both our Ottawa phones today. Don't understand either as we've used the wallet for multiple trips out of Canada. "Low use"? I doubt that's the reason, there must be some other financial reason.

I have two friends living in Kanata with Iphones. Just now sent them the same texted photo, again the Fizz phone won't open the image, the one on Bell network opens it without issue. What more can I do to convince Fizz that the problem is with their network?

So I've sent the same photo to my wife and daughter, both on fizz, plus included a friend sitting with my daughter. The friend is using an iPhone on Koodo. He can view the photo but both daughter and wife get message that the photo is too large to download. There is obviously something wrong with the Fizz network.....

And as there is no update required, the pop up for carrier update does not pop up as a prompt

I've done as the video suggests and the settings don't update. She was able to receive photos before. I find it odd that both my wife and my daughter have recently switched to fizz in the past 10 days and both are now unable to receive photos via text.....

Tried both the French and English link over the last hours, neither opens a chat box. Good thing it's not a serious issue, I'd be disappointed trying to get someone!

Not a big issue, I'd just didn't expect to receive any texts when in airplane mode. Chat doesn't open a window and I don't have any form of social media or Whatsapp.
