  • I have had same issue since Thursday. I am in Ottawa with 613 number and Quebec coverage plan and can’t make any outgoing calls to Ottawa. Nor can my Mother. Only Quebec numbers work for outgoing calls. Fizz still hasn’t been able to fix it.
