Hello, I have exactly the same issue. I just received my modem today, followed the simple instructions to setup but Up/download signals start flashing. And it stays stuck that way. it's been over an hour and I haven’t gotten an answer yet. This is very dissapointing.

I have the same problem. Got a reply from an agent in the chat after a few hours. He said a technician has to come to check and finish the installation of the modem. so far ok...
