Anyone else having issues with their internet being down the last few days... we have tried everything and nothing is working.... and trying to get a hold of customer service is like pulling teeth. HELP...

• I'm having the same issue this morning and last night... nothing is working did. We did a factory reset but ours isn't showing up.
