Can you give more info about the Bixi partnership? I think one of the coolest feature of Fizz is that data is transfer to next month (for up to 3 months) so you can modify your bill depending of your usage. I saved a lot of money doing so!

Ensure that your plan is set to Canada and you should be alright! I used my phone in QC and Ontario several times without issues!
