Hello Nikolaos, have you tried restarting your Fizz Wi-Fi modem? This might fix the problem. If it doesn’t, you should probably create a ticket through your Fizz account or chat with Fizz support. Hope this helps, Simon

If the visual voicemail is not with fizz yet, why is it on my dad’s phone then? It’s there, even though it’s not working. And there is no way to deactivate the visual voicemail.
