  • Well, the customer service replied to me and said I would be transferred to another team. Now I'm being transferred for more than 5 minutes. So sad :-( Thanks for everyone's help.

  • Hey, thanks for your help. I checked the outlet, and the power supply was fine. Actually I saw a small flash in my house when the thunderstorm came down. So I think the modem was dead because of the lightning. But there's no fried smell in the modem. I don't know what to do now.
