I am having tbe some issue ...I have been without internet gir 5 days now and all the keep telling me us hey issued a ticket nothing more..not how long it will be or snagging....very very frustrating!!

I totally agree..ive been with them over a year and never had an issue ..I love their service..but im sooooo beyond upset and angry right now...four days with no service and not even any updates to let me know they are looking into it..just NOTHING..I work from home and well ..after this I may not be wotkinh if it doesn't…
