Wow that is a really weird way to do things... Feels like baiting if the bonus are only temporary... :( I left Videotron because of that: the rebate they would give me for a short while just for my bill to go back up again eventually... :S

So far on my side PING is pretty much always between 4 and 10ms, Jitter is below 15 most of the time.
