Another update... I've had four different chat sessions now, it keeps switching people. They always tell me the same thing over and over again. I've sent them screenshots showing the exact problem, but every time someone new takes over the chat, they don't read the messages above and I have to keep saying the same thing…

Thanks for the replies. If I create a new account can I still use the same phone number as before? Won't the fizz system or whatever see that it's the same phone number from before? We can't change our phone numbers.

To be honest, I've had nothing but trouble with the Fizz website. Every time I try to do anything with my account, like change payment options, etc, I get stuck somewhere and have to contact support. I have a feeling it might have to do with the fact that I have a family plan with multiple phones/plans. Oh well.
