You're gonna need to chat with Fizz directly. Adding credit cards is pretty broken and I've had the same issues many time. They need to manually reset the amount of credit cards that can be linked on your account back to 0.

Unfortunately I have not been able to find this as well. It seems to me that there is quite literally no form that contains the address & phone number which you are being billed to.

That's pretty odd. My friend has no phone plan (only messages) and I've never gotten/seen that issue. This is most likely a bug so I would recommend contacting the support team over on Messenger.

Fizz is pretty unstable. This is a normal occurrence and the service usually goes down for an hour or two.

You're gonna need to make a special folder. I don't think that's a feature yet. (edit: when you first make your post, you can uncheck the follow post button right under it)

There should be no issue. It might be a faulty SIM card or the PIN number entered just isn't the right one. Just in case it isn't actually your mistake and the SIM card is faulty, you should contact the support on Messenger.

According to Fizz's own post, you cannot gift gifts. If you receive a 500mb, 1gb or anything else gift you must use it and cannot gift it to anyone else.
