@Irene, you work for Fizz? Can you believe that the voice service was restored in the evening around 5:00 pm and the data service were restored this morning? Why Fizz doesn't communicate officially? They have our emails and I think they owe us at least that.

I am in Montreal! I am really frustrated as I don't have an alternative solution and I needed to close this deal today! I have to switch to another service provider!

I have contacted them through the bubble, I am still waiting. Yesterday, I started sending and receiving texts, but no incoming calls. All are still being redirected to my voicemail.
