@Dapfizzer Right now there is no way of checking if the changes went through on time other than wait for the 20th?

@Dapfizzer Sorry kinda lost with all the next payment cycle. So if i did make the changes in time then it will be feb 20th but if it didnt go through then id have to wait till march 20th until i get my new plan?

@Dapfizzer So if im understanding right, i can also just change my plan at the start of my billing cycle and the changes would affect immediately if my changes didnt go through before? I received a email today with my old service agreement.
