Like others said, you need a new sim to port in. However, another option is to deactivate your current Fizz plan, then reactivate it. Thanks for that direct link, Pierre-Olivier, but it just goes to a blank page. I ended up opening a Support Ticket. I think people are right, my account isn't fully activated. I do see in my notification to 'Finish activation', but that just takes me to: Enter your SIM activation code screen.
