How I can reschedule an appointment? it does not let me do it as mine is still pending… any insight would be appreciated

I had an appointment scheduled today June 26 between 7:30 and 12pm and the technician never showed up. send them message no answer!!! i need internet urgently what should I do??? this is a poor customer service
