  • Do other SIM cards work in the phone? Try with a SIM card from another cell company to see if it works in your phone. It is possible you have a bad SIM card.

  • I am getting the LTE indicator showing on my phone in Ottawa, but I am only getting 3mbps down and 4mbps up on the Android speedtest app. This isn't any better than 3G and I expect I should be getting much more. Is anyone else in Ottawa or Orleans getting better speed?
