I do not understand how difficult is to solve some common issues. I've been a client for 3 months and I'm still not receiving SMS from banks, and I have no idea when that's gonna be fixed.

Je ne reçois jamais. J'ai contacté Capital one, mais l'option de recevoir le code par courriel n'est plus disponbile depuis janvier. Donc, il y a quelques semaines que je ne peut pas accéder mon compte et il n'y aucune solution à l'horizon. Au même temps Fizz s'excuse et dit que possibles messages ne peuvent pas être reçu…

I'm also not receiving confirmation SMS from Capital One, but scam SMS are working perfectly.
