I already checked for the SMS, contacted cust service, tried every PIN under the sun, got the balloon, resent the messages from the Plan menu, basically every suggestion suggested here... Frederick, it's great that I have an open ticket to reset my PIN. But I don't see how that helps me. Is there something I can do to fix it, or am I still waiting for someone at Fizz to reset it? I don't get it.
