  • Thanks Mike, I appreciate the image. Unfortunately no chat box appears for me. I took off any protection that might block it. I did reach out to them on facebook, but so far have not received anything other than a generic response that they will get to my message.
  • I have unsubscribed and never actually had anything installed/activated. I ordered sim cards, but never used them. I just want my profile deleted and to get my credit card info off of it. I can't delete my credit card number from the account because it says it is active. But i also cant seem to get a hold of anyone at fizz…
