  • I am good now! Rogers had to unlock my phone and did it a few minutes ago! Thanks for your help
  • Still working on it. Rogers chooses this morning to update software and make whole system unavailable to check if phone is unlocked!
  • Alex, Restart did not change anything. I do not have another phone to try the SIM card in. This situation is quite frustrating. I expected to port my number and have a working phone on Fizz. Have to try more. Thanks, will try the support team.
