I am good now! Rogers had to unlock my phone and did it a few minutes ago! Thanks for your help

Still working on it. Rogers chooses this morning to update software and make whole system unavailable to check if phone is unlocked!

Alex, Restart did not change anything. I do not have another phone to try the SIM card in. This situation is quite frustrating. I expected to port my number and have a working phone on Fizz. Have to try more. Thanks, will try the support team.
