Very strange issue indeed. Been with Fizz for 5 years and never happened before. You should contact Customer Service to open a ticket.

Usually, it's the provider that you are going to that handles cancelling your current provider.

Looks like issue was fixed. When I went to change my plan again, I got a message saying "Your plan is now offered at a lower price" and I could just hit the "Update my price" button. AMAZING. Thanks FIzz.

Edit: The exact error message from Fizz website: There appears to be no change to your plan. If you want to adjust your plan, try again and resubmit.

I usually Facebook messenger - pretty decent response time (a couple of hours). If it's urgent, use chat.

Fizz is prepaid, so if you no longer have data (and no money in your wallet), it just won't work. So no overage fees. If it does happen that you have no more data, you can buy an add-on or ask any other Fizz customer to gift you some data.

My father and mother got the perks (they have been with Fizz for more than a year), but my sister and I did not...

I am not a fan of Fizz voicemail and switched to an app to manage voicemail. Just Google "visual voicemail spam" as I cannot mention the app due to Fizz rules.
