I wouldn't mind reactivating the account to get the number back, but I cannot select the number when reactivating it, and Fizz are telling me that they cannot reactivate it either... This is the main problem

When contacting Fizz through FB messenger, they tell me that Fido can take the number if they want to, that they are not blocking it. Couldn't Fizz just re-activate an account with this number?
