I have the same problem in that I cannot dial out. I immediately receive a busy signal. I noticed the signal strength on my phone changes from LTE to 3G then H+ when dialing out.. Please help!

Service is back here now. I had to disconnect and reconnect to the Fizz network.

I haven't escalated to Tech Support yet. I like to think they are watching the Community Hub and are working on it. By the looks of things they have their hands full given all the posts about the various issues ongoing. If it doesn't get fixed by this weekend I'll open a ticket on Monday.

I'm using a Huawei phone and have had the issue when sending to all the network providers.

I'm having the same issue. Text messages sent to 709 area code are not received. As well I cannot receive incoming group SMS messages. Tried the apn setup again and still not working.
