Is it because I have a Huawei phone that doesn't support band 4 also known as the dual band frequency 1700/2100 MHz?

@Fizzy, give me one good reason to close this post? We still haven't gotten an explanation as to why these outages keep happening & we also expect some other form of compensation other than extra gb's. Theres no point of having extra gb's when the internet service keeps going on and off..
-
@Fredelyn Thoby, That is a great suggestion! There are many ways we can be compensated and that is one great solution.
-
@Anne Hélène, Agreed! Fizz won't be so special once the other small companies start copying their ideas, nor will they be able to compete with their unstable network.
-
Definitely! transparency is also a very big issue from their part... We still don't know what happened. Their status updates were redundant and very limited.
-
Yes I agree, Fizz needs to find a way to compensate us for this huge inconvenience. That's why I need this community's help to get this post to reach someone's attention in the company.

For those having issues and wanting to switch company, I'd recommend checking out public mobile. They have very similar prices, and they actually provide a RELIABLE service.
-
They will make you believe that it's some temporary network issue, but it really isn't. I've had the same issue for the past 3 months and it's still not resolved. I'd highly recommend you to change company. Public mobile has some pretty competitive prices to Fizz.

Very unstable service, I might be switching to public mobile myself. They have new competitive prices that match Fizz. Just like you, I joined Fizz thinking it was great, but it really isn't. Customer service is unreliable and utterly useless.
