Beloeil ... If I understand it properly, even if I pay to get RDS and TVA Sport in my package (which own the rights to the games), I might not be allowed to watch the games because I'm not that provider's subscriber (which own the channels) ?

@Whizz I redid the subscription process after clearing cache and in private mode and had the same issue. I did a recording of my session using the recorder of the browser extension devtools if needed. I did the same for the customer support chat button which I also had an issue with.

@Whizz I have a similar issue where I'm stuck with the page loading after selecting my address. The support chat button does not work, so I am unable to advise support of the issue.

I see the option, but once I select my address, the page just hangs with the spinner indefinitely. Tried, from my phone, PC and Chromebook with the same result. Anybody else has a similar issue ?

This seems like an ongoing issue. I can't do remote work because the office VPN requires 2FA. I will have to go through the hassle of getting a RSA key again. I am amazed by the time it's taking to get the issue resolved as it seems to be dragging on forever.
