im logged in and there is still ZERO chat bubble... whatever page i go, community, faq, my profile, no green chat bubble anywhere...

also the chat option/bubble is completelyu impossible to fin on fizz's website

i called videotron, they told me to call fizzz and they can do nothing about it. Right now, I'm paying for 4 lines for 3 phones and nobody seems to be able to help. In the mean time, videotron (fizz'S parent company) is making money cause i have 4 phone lines, tied to 2 phone numbers. I followed every step in the guide…
