When click on the "?" it gives the options like your gif, but when I click on the CHAT option, nothing happens. I'm used both Firefox and Chrome

Yes I've rebooted and it's the same, no reception. When I go into settings there's no other network I can choose, it just says DISCONNECTED How do I reach you, that link you provided only has one mention of the Contact Us page, which brings me to this Community hub. Please help
