As of today at least, when you go to Adjust plan, you see the offer to change price right away and don't have to select anything but that and confirm. it took all of 10 seconds to complete.

Does anyone know what happens to existing upgrades (rebates on residential internet) when the new pricing is applied for the 120 connection? The process of changing proce shows the "upgraded price" changed to teh new flat 50 which makes it seem as though you lose the upgrades altogether. Of course I am very appreciative of…
